INFO TICKETS
- All prices listed in the programme are inclusive of relative taxes.
- Tickets are valid exclusively for the dates indicated on them. Therefore we would kindly ask you to accurately check them immediately after purchase. If they are not used, it is not possible to change them for another performance on another day.
- Duplicates of tickets can never be issued.
- Issued tickets cannot be refunded. Reimbursement will only take place
for the cases and under the conditions mentioned in point number 4
below.
- In the case of bad weather the performance will never be cancelled
before the expected time of commencement. If the weather conditions do not permit the regular execution of the
performance, Taormina Arte reserves the right to delay the start of the
opera for up to 60 minutes after the foreseen starting time, before
deciding and communicating a possible cancellation of the performance.
- Tickets will be refunded only if the performance is cancelled before it has begun. If the performance is interrupted after 30 minutes after it has begun, any right to a refund of the ticket will be lost.
- In order to obtain a refund, tickets have to be handed into the Main Ticket Office of Taormina Arte as soon as the performance is cancelled, (i.e. on the same evening) or on the following day. Otherwise tickets will be refunded if they are mailed within 10 days of the cancelled event directly to the Ticket Office where you bought your tickets.
- Spectators must be in possession of a ticket or an admission card and
must show it to the ushers on request.
If, on request, the spectator is without a ticket, he/she will be obliged to pay the price for a new ticket.
- Children under the age of 5 are not admitted to the performances in the
Theatre.
- Taormina Arte reserves the right to change dates, schedules and/or
programmes in the event of technical problems or problems caused by
forces majeures.
- According to the Italian law 675/96 on privacy,
Taormina Arte guarantees the confidentiality of personal details
which are communicated at the time of ticket purchase or when
informative material is forwarded on request.
HOW TO BUY TICKETS
Tickets for Taormina Arte 2009’s performances, can be bought at Taormina Arte Ticket’s Office at the Congress Palace and at all the TicketOne’s Offices in Italy (call the number +39 892.110 or see the website www.ticketone.it, link punti vendita (resellers).
Tickets can be bought on-line (www.ticketone.it), or calling the Call Center TicketOne (+39 892.101) or calling the Call Center Pronto Pagine Gialle (+39 89.24.24).
Tickets can be bought at the Ticket’s Office in Taormina by credit card (Visa, Diners, American Express), by money transfer or in cash.
DISABLED TICKETS INFORMATION
We ask disabled customers to contact us in advance so we can plan facilities effectively. We cannot accept applications as soon as the event starts. We provide disabled custumers with a free ticket. You have to call directly the Ticket Office of Taormina Arte ( +39 942 628730).
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Out of respect for monument the audience is asked to only occupy their assigned seat and to behave correctly during the performance.
- Latecomers will not be admitted to the stalls and numbered seats on the steps during the performance. They must wait to be seated during the first interval.
- The audience in the stalls and on the numbered seats on the steps are required to dress appropriately in the Theatre.
- Refreshment areas inside the Theatre are available to the audience in the stalls and numbered seats only during the intervals.
- Spectators are not allowed to enter the Theatre with bottles, glass objects or any blunt instruments which could hurt oneself or others (knives, scissors etc.). For security reasons ushers are authorized to confiscate every kind of object prohibited inside the Arena.
- It is forbidden to take photographs, with or without a flash. Sound or video recording of any type is prohibited. Video cameras or any equipment for recording for the Internet or the cinema, or cameras even digital, or lasers are not allowed to be brought into or to be used in the amphitheatre. These items may be confiscated if found and could be kept for the duration of the performance.
- Mobile telephones must be turned off before the performance starts.
- Animals are not allowed to enter.
